These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Opportunity Education Global (OEG) website, online services, coaching, events, retreats, camps, and any related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our website or Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement.

What we offer: Information and registration for events, coaching and youth development programs, digital content, newsletters, and a potential members’ or community area. Some features may require creating an account or submitting personal information.
2. Who May Use the Site; Accounts

You must be at least 18 or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or purchase Services.

Youth participants (typically ages 10–25) may take part in programs with the involvement or consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Key Commercial Terms
3.1 Pricing and Payment

Current prices for Services are shown at checkout, on product pages, or in invoices. We may change prices at any time and correct errors.

Taxes, processing fees, and third-party charges may apply.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or coaching platforms such as TutorBird.
3.2 Coaching Subscriptions and Billing

Coaching may be offered as monthly subscriptions or multi-month plans as described on the site or in your invoice.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions bill in advance on a recurring basis to your selected payment method until canceled in accordance with these Terms.

Scheduling, session notes, and billing for coaching may be managed through TutorBird or similar tools.
3.3 Event Registrations
Your registration is complete only after full or deposit payment is received and you receive a confirmation. We may request participant forms, waivers, medical and emergency contact information, and consent forms before attendance.
3. Key Commercial Terms
4. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Because most Services involve scheduled time, staff, venue commitments, and limited capacity, the following policies apply unless a specific program page or invoice states otherwise:
4.1 Coaching

Session reschedules or cancellations must follow the program’s policy (generally 24-hour notice).

Missed or late-canceled sessions may be charged in full.

Monthly plans are not prorated after a billing cycle begins unless required by law.
4.2 Events

Deposits are typically non-refundable.

If you cancel:

60+ days before the start date: deposit is non-refundable, any additional payments are refundable.

30–59 days: 50% of fees paid (less deposit) refundable.

<30 days: fees are non-refundable.

You may request a transfer to another eligible participant or a future program if available. Fees may apply.
4.3 Merchandise or Digital Materials
If we sell physical goods, unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Exclusions may apply.
Digital materials are non-returnable once delivered.
4.4 Program Changes and Force Majeure
We may modify schedules, facilitators, activities, formats, or venues for safety or operational reasons. If an event is canceled by us due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a reschedule option, credit, or refund of fees paid to us for the affected program. We are not responsible for your travel or lodging costs.
5. Retention of Right to Change the Offering
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any Service or feature without notice. We may impose limits on features or restrict access without liability.
6. Warranties and Responsibilities
We aim to provide valuable learning and community experiences but do not guarantee specific outcomes. Except as required by law or explicitly stated in writing, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

If a physical product we sold to you is defective within a reasonable period, we may repair or replace it, or refund the purchase price upon return.

For Services, your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use and, where applicable, request a refund consistent with our policies.
7. Health, Safety, and Participant Conduct

Participation may involve physical activities, outdoor environments, and collaborative sessions. Follow staff instructions and safety guidance.

You are responsible for informing us of allergies, medical needs, and accessibility requests in advance.

We may remove any participant who disrupts programs, threatens safety, or violates these Terms. No refund will be due in such cases.
8. Media, Testimonials, and Recordings

We may photograph or record programs for documentation and marketing. A photo-consent system may be used on site to respect preferences.

You may opt out where offered. If you appear incidentally in group scenes, we may use such media in good faith.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use feedback or testimonials you provide, with attribution as appropriate.
9. Intellectual Property

The site and all materials, including text, graphics, logos, photos, audio, video, curricula, and other content are the exclusive property of Opportunity Education Global or its licensors. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit the materials except as expressly permitted in writing.

If the site allows users to upload or post content, you confirm that you own or have licenses to that content and you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it on the site. You are responsible for your content and for complying with applicable laws.
10. Community Features
If the site provides forums, comments, profiles, or groups:

Public profiles and public activity may be visible to other visitors.

You can leave the community at any time, after which your profile will no longer be publicly visible, though your past posts may remain where permitted by law and platform rules.

Our site and programs may integrate or link to third-party services such as Wix, Google Analytics, YouTube, Vimeo, Maps, Stripe, PayPal, Wix Payments, TutorBird, or other tools. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
12. Right to Suspend or Cancel Access
We may suspend or terminate access to the site or Services, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms or applicable law. If you have a paid subscription, termination will take effect at the end of the current paid period unless we terminate for cause.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Opportunity Education Global, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the site or Services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opportunity Education Global will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the site or Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event first giving rise to liability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15. Privacy and Accessibility
Your use of the site and Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement, which are incorporated by reference. Please review them to understand how we collect and use your information and how we support accessibility.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date. Material changes may be communicated by additional notice. Your continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California. You waive any objection to such jurisdiction and venue.
