Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 01, 2025

Opportunity Education Global (OEG) (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing high-quality programs and services. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and returns may be requested. By registering for our events, coaching, or purchasing any related products, you agree to the terms outlined below.​

1. Coaching Services

Cancellations and Reschedules: Coaching sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late-canceled sessions may be charged in full.

Monthly or Multi-Month Plans: Fees for coaching packages are billed in advance and are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, unless otherwise required by law.

Exceptional Circumstances: At our sole discretion, we may issue credits or partial refunds in cases of documented medical or family emergencies.

2. Events (Convenings)

Because events involve significant advance planning, venue contracts, and limited capacity, the following cancellation and refund rules apply unless otherwise stated on your registration materials:


Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.


Cancellations by Participant:

  • 60+ days prior to start date: Deposit is non-refundable; additional payments are refundable.

  • 30–59 days prior to start date: 50% of fees paid (less deposit) refundable.

  • Less than 30 days prior to start date: Fees are non-refundable.


Transfers: Participants may request to transfer their registration to another eligible family member or future event if space is available. Fees may apply.


Cancellations by OEG: If we must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety, venue closure, force majeure), registered participants will receive either a rescheduled date, credit toward a future program, or a refund of fees paid for the canceled program. We are not responsible for participant travel, lodging, or other expenses.

3. Physical Products

If we sell merchandise or materials directly through our site:

  • Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the product.

  • Exclusions: Certain items are non-returnable, including digital downloads, personalized items, or consumables.

4. Digital Materials

Digital products (including e-books, guides, recordings, or downloads) are non-refundable once delivered unless required by law.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.

  • Transaction fees charged by payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Wix Payments) may be non-refundable and deducted from the refund amount.
