An intergenerational global community dedicated to keeping human ingenuity and creativity at the center of young people's lives through transformative and safe IRL and virtual experiences. 

Opportunity Education Global (OEG) was launched by Annie Makela to give families and youth a space to pause, reconnect, and imagine bold futures together. What began as small circles of conversation about how to best support youth has grown into a global community where belonging, creativity, and action are at the heart of how we learn and lead. OEG engages with learning communities and young people in three primary capacities: coaching, convening and consulting.

We are living through an extraordinary era—the fastest technological leap in human history. In this moment of transformation, the real question isn’t just what we build, but how we build and to what end. That inquiry sparked the creation of Opportunity Education Global (OEG): a community dedicated to imagining and constructing a more creative, connected, and humane future together.
