Opportunity Education Global (OEG) is an intergenerational learning organization dedicated to helping young people grow into curious, confident, and grounded humans who can turn ideas into action. OEG supports youth and families through immersive experiences, mentorship, and community-building that center leadership, purpose, and real-world impact. OEG was created in response to questions many families are asking: How do students stand out in meaningful ways? How do they develop authentic leadership without burning out? And how do we help them grow into thoughtful, capable humans in a rapidly changing world?

Today’s students are coming of age during one of the fastest cultural and technological shifts in history. Colleges and future workplaces increasingly look beyond grades and test scores to understand who students are, what they care about, and how they engage with the world. OEG exists to ensure that the qualities that make us human, including curiosity, courage, imagination, compassion, and connection, remain central to how young people grow and thrive.

OEG works with middle school and high school students, alongside the adults who support them. Families drawn to OEG value depth over résumé building and are looking for learning experiences that prioritize reflection, agency, creativity, and connection rather than pressure or performance.

OEG creates learning environments where students reflect deeply, build relationships across generations, and practice leadership through action. Learning is supported by near-peer mentors, creative and hands-on experiences, time in nature, and meaningful conversation. Rather than prescribing a single path, OEG helps students articulate what matters to them and build confidence in how they show up in the world.

OEG mentors are near-peer guides who have recently navigated college, early careers, and purpose-driven work themselves. They support students in reflection, help translate experience into meaningful narratives, and model what thoughtful leadership looks like in real life.
