IMPACT COACHING FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
A trusted adult in their corner, every single week.
Middle school, high school and the years after ask young people to manage more than anyone has explicitly taught them how to manage: multiple teachers, long-term projects, portals, applications, jobs, and a social world that gets more complex by the week.
Impact Coaching gives them a consistent, trusted adult whose focus is helping them build the skills to run their own week and go after the goals they actually care about. It is practical and aspirational at once: we work on the real calendar, the real assignments and the real ambitions.

WHAT WE BUILD
Three pillars, one young person at a time.
Executive Functioning
Planning, prioritizing, time management, getting started and recovering when a plan falls apart. Skills that keep developing into our twenties, and grow through practice, not by being told to try harder.
Leveling Up Leadership
Turning what they care about into action: projects, applications, internships and ventures, with real accountability to named goals.
Confidence and Wellness
Self-advocacy, communication and an outlet for processing disappointment that is not a teacher or a parent. High expectations, paired with high support.
HOW IT IS DIFFERENT

Not tutoring. Not therapy.
Tutoring teaches a subject. Therapy supports mental health. Coaching builds the skills, habits and ownership that make everything else work, and stays focused on goals your young person names.
A coach is another adult who can mirror and reflect, and who is not giving a grade, deciding playing time or in charge of getting your child into a school. That makes coaching a safe place to try new systems, name what is hard and recover from setbacks. It works alongside parents, teachers, tutors and counselors, never in place of them, and if a young person needs a different kind of support, we say so and help make that connection.
OUTCOME DRIVEN
What families begin to notice.
In the first 30 to 60 days
· A consistent weekly planning routine
· Your child can name what is due this week
· One organizing system used regularly
Over 3 to 6 months
· Planning ahead for long-term projects
· Asking teachers for help and advocating for their needs
· More ownership of their own calendar and choices
Every young person is different. Progress is tracked against goals we set together at onboarding and reviewed with parents on a regular family check-in, so you always know what we are working on and how it is going.
HOW IT WORKS
Personal, consistent and intentionally small.
Ages and stages
Middle school, high school, and college and young adults. Coaching meets young people where they are and grows with them.
1:1, every week
Weekly sessions in person in the Bay Area or on Zoom, short check-ins between sessions, and regular family check-ins.
A small roster
We work with a small number of families each year so every young person gets real attention. Spots open by conversation.
FOR SOCIAL IMPACT LEADERS AND CENTER DIRECTORS
You run a mission and a budget inside a school. Who helps you think?
Founders and directors of social impact, entrepreneurship and innovation programs live in permanent high season. You have most of the answers. What you do not have is protected time, and a thinking partner who has built one of these from scratch.
Annie founded and led the Scott Center for Social Entrepreneurship at Hillbrook School, the first center of its kind in a U.S. K-12 school, growing it into a $1M+ program with 100+ partners and a model now taught at schools across the country. She has sat in your chair.

1:1 strategic coaching
A regular call plus a read of whatever you are drafting in between: frameworks, proposals, partner asks, the memo to your Head.
Airplane Mode cohort
A six-month cohort for entrepreneur educators, bookended by full-day retreats, with private coaching and a small peer group.
Facilitation for your team or board
Strategic planning, program design and alignment conversations with the people who have to say yes.
What we tend to work on
Strategic visioning, board meetings, donor and founder alignment, budgets, faculty integration, team dynamics and storytelling for impact.

NEXT STEP
Start with a conversation.
Every engagement starts with two questions: What matters to you? And what are you doing about it? Set up a short call with Annie to talk about your goals and whether coaching is the right fit. Details and next steps follow by email after we talk.
OEG Coaching is growing. We are building a small team of executive functioning and impact coaches to join Annie in the years ahead.
