2026 OEG Family Impact Retreat

Families* are invited to gather at Paicines Ranch for an immersive retreat that blends rest, play, and purpose. Designed for families to have a cohesive and meaningful experience co-creating the future of OEG together, this intimate gathering brings together a small cohort of Founding Families from around the world for a transformative weekend. Learn more about our age-tiered Youth Program during the retreat. The delegate ticket price includes all programming and all meals. Food is a focal point of both Paicines Ranch and the OEG weekend. Expect five-star meals with much of the food coming straight from the ranch and local area. Accommodations are not included with the ticket price.
